MARCH MADNESS MOVE-A-THON!









Greeting fellow “ mooooovers” or soon to be “mooooovers”! ,( GET it? MOO- the cow)

My name is Seth Anne Snider-Copley and a lifelong movement enthusiast, AKA Fitness Trainer. This is my first time as a fitness blogger. Although I have been in print educating the general public as well as other fitness professional’s world wide for over 21 years via periodicals, magazines and co -authoring two fitness books, the blogging is a new animal to me.

My goal for this blog is simple; to have fun, to motivate, to educate and to get you moving- mentally and physically.

So let’s get to it!
It is no mistake that I begin on the month of March : M-A-R-C-H! Get it….?
My wish is to change your perspective on the word to MOVE ( that dreaded four letter word). I want it to be an experience of learning something new about yourself, others and to challenge yourself to do something new. ARE YOU WILLING? Lets go………………

Before we begin I encourage you to start a journal or pull out an unused calendar and title it : MARCH MADNESS MOOOOOVE-A –TON!.

Our tour will officially begin on March 7th in honor of the start of the world class bike race: PARIS-NICE! (France). You will need the following markers or pens: BLACK, YELLOW, RED, GREEN, A FAVORITE COLOR and a COLOR THAT IS ‘DARING’ (for you). Throughout this event I will refer to cycling vernacular and use cycling scenarios that will help guide you towards reaching your goal(s).

Details on this tour will be in the up and coming blog. In addition I will comment on goal setting and give instructions for the weeks ahead.

See you on the road ( so to speak).

PS: For a little sneak preview the photo above is your end point ( yes this is me befriending a cow on my last ascent on the Col de Aspin, France.
This is my goal for you as well ( figuratively speaking or NOT?)... Stay tuned!
